Based on survey results, the City of Hesperia has selected the date and time of the community (virtual) meeting for Hesperia Golf & Country Club improvements, maintenance and services to be funded by a proposed Community Facilities District (“CFD”) special tax.  Note that CFD special taxes added and collected with property taxes can only be used for the improvements, maintenance and services as authorized by the voters and listed in the documents creating the CFD.  The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the CFD formation process and ascertain the improvements, maintenance and services supported by the community for the …

CivicMic has received many responses to the Hesperia Golf Course survey designed to identify facility improvements desired by the community and a preferred date/time for a virtual informational meeting.  The Hesperia Golf & Country Club, owned by the City, has been under new management since September 2019.  Please click here to take a picture tour of the many improvements made to the facilities since September 2019.  However, many more improvements are needed.
