April 1, 2020 Update: Due to recent events surrounding COVID-19, the City is postponing the Hayden Tract community meeting. We will provide additional details in the near future. In the meantime, the information below has been updated accordingly.
Hayden Tract Meeting: The City of Culver City has announced the location, date, and time of the Hayden Tract meeting to discuss potential improvements/enhancements in the Hayden Tract and explore the formation of a Property Business Improvement District ("PBID"). The City greatly appreciates the input and guidance from key stakeholders in this community to determine what enhancements should be considered and how the City can ensure the Hayden Tract continues to be a vital commercial and creative center on the Westside. Please click here to take a survey and help the City analyze the options and schedule additional community meetings.
Important: The formation of a Hayden Tract PBID must be approved by the affected property owners. The City can't form a PBID without property owner support and participation.
